What are Hemp Essential Oils?

Essential oils are comprised of aromatic compounds called Terpenes. Terpenes give plants their smell and can be used as aromatherapy. Most plants only contain a handful of Terpenes but the Hemp plant contains over 140 unique Terpene compounds per plant which is why we like to think of Hemp as aromatherapy on steroids. Are Hemp Essential Oils legal?

Yes! The Farm Bill of 2018 legalized industrial hemp on a federal level. The passing of this bill means that CBD and Essential Oils sourced from industrial hemp is federally legal too. The primary terpenes found in cannabis are also on the FDA “generally recognized as safe” (GRAS) list.

What is CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidioil and it's a chemical compound extracted from the Cannabis Plant. Where do you source your Terpenes and CBD?

Right here in the USA. Fog & Tree products are made in California. Our Hemp Terpenes are steam-distilled from Hemp Flowers without the use of chemical extraction and come from an accredited genetics company in Humboldt County California. Our CBD isolate is sourced from licensed Hemp Farms throughout the US.

Are Fog & Tree Products Tested?

Yes. At Fog & Tree, we pride ourselves in creating products that are both good for you and good for the environment. All of the Fog & Tree products are tested by a third-party lab for potency and heavy metals. The results can be found in our COAs which are available for download on our product pages.

How soon will I receive my order?

All orders ship within 3-5 business days and we ship all products through the United States Postal Service. First-Class mail is provided to you at no cost and will arrive in 5-7 business days.

How do I make a return?
